Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like! Waiting for shoulder surgery but can’t get it scheduled until things calm down with the corona virus.
I am in pain pretty much all of the time, but don’t want to to continue taking pain meds for an extended period of time as I wait.
Unsaved family - Greater opportunities to share the gospel. Please pray for my brother, Jason. He lives out in Washington State, near Seattle, and has had to take on the job of 5 upper level management members at the Bremerton Shipyard. He is quite overwhelmed. Pray for spiritual strength and physical strength and protection. Pray he can keep "being the light" to his coworkers during this time.
Also, I just got word that my uncle is getting tested for Coronavirus this evening. He is quite sick, and just found out two of his coworkers tested positive the past couple days. A man, in the church that I attend, had struggled with addictions; died of an overdose this morning. Please pray for his family. A very dear Pastor's daughter had a stroke and is in the hospital. She is very young! Prayer for her her mom(who is with her), and the family. Thank you Please pray for Nathan’s grandfather. He was recently hospitalized for some kidney problems and refusing to eat or even walk around. He has been transferred to a nursing home but due to the coronavirus he is not allowed to have visitors. He is ninety years old and very family oriented. Please pray that he would either be able to return home soon or that the isolation would not take too great a toll on him. Our roof needs replaced it is leaking through the ceiling in two different spots. Since construction companies have been closed down due to the virus we are unable to have it repaired until this all calms down. Please pray that it would not get any worse or there would be very little rain until we are able to have it fixed. Continued prayer for Heather for her illness. Staying isolated has made it more difficult. That ,God would g in ve me more patience taking care of her. Rich has been suffering greatly from Spinal Stenosis for over 6 weeks, and because of the Coronavirus, he has had trouble getting enough pain medication. He goes from a chair to the floor to try to relieve the pain. We are praying that he can get the CT scan and shot soon, but his back and sciatic nerve need healed! Walt & Ethel Holmes
