Name is Avery. (2) Conard family, death in family. Healing (3) unspoken Prayers needed for a family that lost a daughter/sister/mother last evening. Her husband shot her and killed her, shot his 5 year old daughter who is expected to survive. He then shot himself. The family is devastated of course! My sister in-law’s father, Ed Little, is having open heart surgery tomorrow morning at 7:30am to replace 2 valves and stop bleeding in his heart. His lungs have continued to fill up with fluid over the last week and has had to have two blood transfusions. So we are asking for prayer for him to have a successful surgery, to give the doctors the wisdom in correcting these issues and for a successful recovery as well. My niece Colleen's, the woman whos foot has been amputated, entire extended family is recovering from the swine flu. (That would be 13 people.) Colleen's mother Kathy has just come home from the hospital battling double pneumonia and a UTI. She has finished the first round of antibiotics and the UTI is not gone. Colleen's husband Jim, a stage four diabetic, has lost mental abilities. The two sides of his brain are no communicating. It is thought he has sepsis and is headed for dialysis. Colleens niece/daughter has shown signs of cancer in her blood and the preliminary diagnosis is cervical cancer, pending further testing. Colleens grand daughter, the child whos skull was resized has been diagnosed with leukemia. One of the small children has RSV, a highly contagious, extremely virulent infection of the respiratory system, which often kills people with compromised immune systems, which the entire family has right now. All of this has occurred in less than a week. For any of you who have followed my posts, this family can not get a break. Their mental attitudes are failing, because they do not go a week without some new health issue.Shawn Burtner
