Optometrist told him he wouldn’t see out of right eye but he would be able to drive.
We are praying for a miracle and that he would be stable enough to resume everyday activity.
We are praying In Jesus name for healing and Lords will be done.
Thank God for all he has done and thanks for all the prayers Update on Gavin Conroy: Friday the 13th was a good day. Gavin is off the paralytic, sedation is lighter, and the lung support was reduced. He stayed very stable today and has been able to respond to my voice. The doctor said she sees no reason to say he is not making adequate progress right now. Tomorrow marks 1 month since the accident. Hopefully he continues in this direction. The family is seeking continued prayer.
Thank you all for praying for this young man. Please pray for my sister Fran Rabold. She found out a few weeks ago she has breast cancer. This week she was told she has to have a mastectomy. She wants to have the surgery as soon as possible. Please pray for my daughter Kenisha (Peach) Price for her mind be kept sane and in the right mind every day all day. For we know that God doesn't give us fear and anxiety
he gives us power love and a sound mind but she is under attack. I need prayer warriors to stand in agreement with me for complete Deliverance of my child's mind in Jesus name. Thank you. Please pray that my mom (Kathy Sylier) would be able to get consistent caregivers in the house to help her care for my sister (Heather). Heather has Huntington’s disease. The agency that she goes through just hasnt been able to reliably provide people to help my mom.She is working to get a different agency on to help, but they are also short caregivers . She is overwhelmed and tired.
Also, please pray for my sister who struggles daily as her body continues to become weaker and weaker. Thank you . Update on Gavin Conroy for yesterday: Surgery went well today. The surgical team decided on a new strategy to make OR days easier. They operated for a shorter amount of time so that he could tolerate the surgery better. His vitals stayed much more stable today. The only downside to the strategy is that he will be in surgery every day this week. There was no improvement with his lungs but there was also no decline either. A praise we have sold our house in Around. We will have the month of May to pack & move out.
Prayer- we have not found a house. In search of a 3 bedroom 2 bath with at least one bedroom on main floor. A finished 1 room in basement for Stephanie is helping us in this process and will be moving in.
We are packing and moving things to a storage unit but will be in need of help to move items and the last week to move everything.
I’m putting a lot of faith in God during this time for this has been in our prayers for many years. Robert is having tremors and they don't know why would you pray for him it is hard for him to work some days Friday 4/29 Update on Gavin Conroy: Surgery went well today. They put in his trach. Had another xray and another bronchoscopy and saw that he now has fluid in both of his lungs. He is in acute respiratory distress syndrome. He is being given a paralytic medication to paralyze him so that a machine can do his breathing. That makes 2 machines helping him breathe so his lungs can rest and heal. He's on antibiotics to try to combat the infection. They are going to closely monitor his oxygen levels tonight and decide on a plan moving forward tomorrow. They said this was going to get harder before it ever gets easier. Melanie Waddell
