Our town of Soroti is out of water. Through the mis-management of the town water supply and a lack of rain, the town of Soroti has been out of water for a few weeks now. The water tank at our house, and the five tanks at SOAP (Primary school for the orphans), as well as many others in town, are empty. We've had to hire a water truck to fill the tanks at SOAP, but even the truck is now having a difficult time finding water. The townspeople have access to wells, and most are adequately supplied with water. But those without wells/boreholes are forced to buy drinking water in town at constantly increasing prices. Please pray that the Lord will send the rains to Soroti a month sooner than usual! Some heavy rains would help out SOAP greatly, as we have water harvesting tanks there. Thank you so much for your prayers!! We know the Lord is faithful!!
