This is awful I was hoping for an angel in heaven. Instead Leo is never going to walk, talk, smile or eat on his own instead he is on a feeding tub and will need 24 hr. care for the rest of his life and be confined to a wheel chair. Again CYS has failed a child. thanks for all the prayers.marie black
